Sayalee is an early years' educator by passion and profession. Her beliefs are rooted in play-based learning. She is adept at creating well-rounded curricula and experiences to meet the needs of children. 

She comes from an educational background in social work and is trained in Jolly Phonics, ECCE and Design Thinking.  While she loves travelling; art and music are her areas of interest and she loves to learn new things daily!

Swapnil Bansod is a dedicated and experienced professional in the development sector, with a major focus on Education. Hailing from Amravati, Maharashtra, and a post-graduate from Azim Premji University, Bangalore, he brings eight years of valuable expertise to the table.

Supriya Palsokar Behere is a seasoned Talent Acquisition Consultant based in Pune, Maharashtra, India, with a rich background in Human Resources spanning over 11 years. Armed with an MBA specializing in Human Resources Management from Pune University, Supriya has cultivated a diverse skill set that encompasses Performance Management, Organizational Development, Recruitment, Training, and Process Development. Her expertise extends to inclusive branding and social recruiting, as reflected in her certifications.
