SpacECE India Foundation is registered for undertaking a Memorandum of Association (MOA) and Articles of Association (AOA) with the office of the Registrar of Companies (under the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, GOI). The MOA and AOA include our purpose of incorporation and guidelines for operation 

A permanent account number is a ten-character alphanumeric identifier issued by the Indian Income Tax Department. 

Tax Deduction Account Number or Tax Collection Account Number is a 10 -digit alpha-numeric number issued by the Income-tax Department. TAN is to be obtained by all persons who are responsible for deducting tax at source (TDS) or who are required to collect tax at source (TCS). 

SpacECE India Foundation is registered for 12A with the office of the Registrar of Companies (under Ministry of Corporate Affairs, GOI). 12A registration is granted by the Income Tax Department to non-profit organisations for exemption from income tax payment. 

SpacECE India Foundation is registered for 80G with the office of the Registrar of Companies (under Ministry of Corporate Affairs, GOI). An 80G certification is a document issued by the Income Tax Department to certain non-profit organisations to allow donors to avail of tax deductions. 

SpacECE India Foundation has obtained GuideStar Certificate. This recognition is issued to non-profit organisations that comply with set standards of legal and financial compliance, transparency, accountability, and governance.

SpacECE India Foundation is registered and recognized by the government on NGO Darpan, an online portal launched by the Indian government for the registration and management of non-profit organisations in India. 

SpacECE has appointed a Board of Directors. As per the updated register of board members as of FY 2022 – 2023, Ms Aparna Chaudhari and Mr Sachin Mohite are the board members.

SpacECE India Foundation will soon be registered for undertaking CSR activities with the office of the Registrar of Companies (under the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, GOI). A CSR 1 Certificate is required for non-profit organisations to get funding from corporates and undertake CSR activities.
