SpacECE's Role ==>

3. Monthly Online Meetings: Hold online meetings monthly to offer support, guidance, and address any challenges faced by the partners.
4. Quarterly Training: Conduct quarterly training sessions focused on monitoring and evaluation to ensure the program's effectiveness.
Partners' Role ==>
1. Add Beneficiaries: Enroll families into the program and add them to the designated WhatsApp groups.
2. Conduct Meetings: Organize sessions to explain the importance of Early Childhood Education (ECE) and guide parents on how to effectively use the provided calendars.
3. Home Visits: Carry out home visits to support and monitor the implementation of ECE activities.
4. Manage Daily Activities: Oversee daily activities within their groups, regularly check task submissions, provide guidance to parents, and keep the group actively engaged.
5. Monitor and Evaluate: Continuously monitor the progress of the program and evaluate its impact on the beneficiaries.
Parents' Role ==>
1. Participation in Meetings: Actively attend meetings to understand the significance of ECE and learn how to use the provided calendars effectively.
2. Engage in Daily Activities: Participate in daily activities with their children as outlined in the calendar.
3. Submit Completed Activities: Share the completed activities daily through the designated WhatsApp group.
4. Provide Feedback: Offer feedback on the program and participate in both baseline and endline assessments.
5. Attend Workshops and Home Visits: Participate in monthly workshops and cooperate during home visits to ensure ongoing learning and support for their child's development.
